Oppps! I must apologise for the late delivery of my monthly newsletter; time seems to have run away with me this month! I do hope you are all keeping on top of things and will still enjoy a late catch up with this month’s happenings. Please do contact me if there are any glass projects or designs you are dreaming about, I would love to help you with either a commission or a workshop booking.
October is a month where we really begin to think about the Autumn, cooler days and cosy evenings. The Suffolk countryside here is looking stunning, rich reds, oranges and yellows everywhere, absolutely beautiful and totally inspiring for colour combinations to work with.
We took the opportunity for an early Autumn short break with Family in North Norfolk just a couple of weeks ago and headed to Blakeney staying in a fabulous cottage just off the High Street.
I can thoroughly recommend both the cottage and the area – lots of walking with beautiful views, lots of absolutely amazing, delicious food, plenty of bird spotting, independent coffee shops and delicatessens, homely pubs, quality craft shops, potteries and galleries and best of all, time spent with people you love. The weather too, could not have been better for us, we really did have a wonderful time.
New Christmas Designs
Craft Fairs and Shows are booked for the next few months and I’m busy working on designs for Christmas. One of which is my little tree which is already proving popular with customers which is really lovely – it really is such a great feeling when a customer likes something I have made as much as I have enjoyed making it and that thrill never goes away. Thank you so much to everyone who supports my business, especially in these challenging times at the moment. Every sale and kind comment really does make a difference to me personally and I can honestly say, I really do think I have the nicest customers ever xx.
My little trees come in a variety of colours and are finished with little wooden stars. They can be made to any size so if you have a particular colour theme or size in mind, please do contact me for more information.
I also make holly trees and contemporary white trees in various sizes, small, medium and Big Daddy! All are available in person at my events, will be making an appearance in my stockists and can be ordered.

News From The Studio Hound
Hugo has found the most comfortable spot in the house 🙂
The log burner has been lit just on a couple of occasions to take the nip out of the air and I must admit, I love it. There’s something just so cosy about watching real flames dance around! I nipped to the kitchen to make a cup of tea and by the time I got back a certain little hound had found his dream space!!! Dog’s aren’t daft are they?!!
